Form submissions and application data are stored using Netlify Blobs, a secure serverless storage service provided by Netlify, Inc. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
• QuickBooks Online (Intuit) — Accounting integration for customers who connect their QBO accounts.
• Mercury — Banking and payment infrastructure for rent collection and disbursements.
• Telegram — Notification delivery for alerts and system messages.
• Netlify — Website hosting and serverless functions.
• Pipedrive — Customer relationship management for sales pipeline tracking.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
